Hypnosis Therapy Policies

Hypnosis sessions are by appointment only, unless otherwise approved by the BYI Hypnosis receptionist on duty.All appointments can be made by by calling 806-792-4164 or by booking online.

All online appointments will be confirmed by phone or email from BYI Hypnosis for approving the appointment dates and times.

Payment arrangements must be made when scheduling appointments and full payment is required in advance unless other arrangements are made with our office.

All appointments must be approved by BYI Hypnosis scheduling department.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session in order to fill out any paper work, use the restroom, etc.  You are booking a time slot with our hypnotist so please keep that in mind. Our hypnotist has the right to cancel any appointment if client arrives 20 or more minutes past the scheduled start time. A 24-Hour cancellation/reschedule notice is required. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to a 20% processing fee. Receipt must be presented upon request of refund.

Cancellation Policy

At  BYI Hypnosis we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule themselves for our services.

If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing “value plan” or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for the missed appointment. Remember that you are contracting a time slot for your session with a therapist.

No-shows and or Arriving late:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service or services may be denied until payment is made in full.

Any one who is more than twenty minutes late for their appointment will be treated as a No-Show and charges will apply for the full session booked.

Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment…and regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Thank You.
